וְאֶת־הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּ֖ה עֲשֵׂ֑ה הָסֵ֤ר הַמְּלָכִים֙ אִ֣ישׁ מִמְּקֹמ֔וֹ וְשִׂ֥ים פַּח֖וֹת תַּחְתֵּיהֶֽם׃
E fai questa cosa: porta via i re, ogni uomo fuori dal suo posto e metti i governatori nella loro stanza:
Rashi on I Kings
And replace them with generals. Because they are not of a high [society] family, they will put in an extra effort in order to find favor [in your eyes].
